Reporting Issues

If you've found a bug, or would like to give feedback on products or MuseSounds you've downloaded or bought from MuseHub, you can do so directly from within MuseHub itself.

  1. Find the product you wish to report an issue with in MuseHub. You can do this by either navigating to the product page or visiting your Library.

  2. Click "Contact Support".

Be sure to describe your issue clearly. You can also optionally attach files to your message for more context. See below for limits on attachments.

The issue is sent directly to the MuseHub support team, and they may follow up with you if more information is needed.

Attachment Limits

  • Maximum Count: 5

  • Maximum Size: 25mb

  • Supported Formats: .zip .png .jpg .jpeg .mscz .mp3 .wav .txt .rtf .log .mp4 .mov
