If Cantai is not rendering audio or is reporting online sounds issues, log files are required to complete your support ticket.
To help us diagnose your issue, please send two files:
• One .log file from MuseHub
• One .zip file from MuseScore Studio
Here are the instructions to find these files
MuseHub log (.log)
MAC
Open MuseHub
From the menu bar, select Help → Show Logs
Open the folder com.muse.musehub
Locate the
.logfile
WINDOWS
Open MuseHub
Go to Settings (bottom left) and scroll down to Technical → View application logs
Click Open
Locate the
.logfile
MuseScore Studio log (.zip)
MAC/WINDOWS
Open MuseScore Studio
From the menu bar, select Diagnostics → Save Diagnostic Files
Name the file MSS_yourname
Save the
.zipfile somewhere easy to find
Please then attach both files (the .log and the .zip) in your reply and send them to us.
