In the case of a product that you are subscribed to won't open or launch on MuseHub you can follow these steps to try to resolve the issue:
Try logging out and back into MuseHub
Launch the application
If the issue persists, try uninstalling then re-installing the impacted product (this will not affect your subscription)
Also check that your device is registered at https://www.musehub.com/account/devices. You can only have a maximum of 5 devices registered at a time, remove any old ones and perform the above steps again.
