Getting a refund

We hope that your purchase experience is positive, and that you enjoy the products you buy, download and use. Of course, we understand there are times where you may want to refund your purchase.

To make the process as easy as possible, you can apply for a refund directly within the MuseHub application.

Please Note:

  • Courses/Tutorials and Sample packs and individual samples cannot be refunded

  • Subscriptions cannot be refunded, those can be canceled and you will retain access until the end of the billing cycle -> you can read more about it here

Step 1:

Navigate to your Library. You should see your purchase listed as an item.

Step 2:

Choose "Contact Support".

Step 3:

Choose "Request a Refund".

If your purchase has been made within 14 days, your refund will be processed immediately. Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to be returned to you, as processing times can vary depending on the payment method used.

If your request occurs after the 14 day "right to refund" window, the request will be reviewed and processed as quickly as possible.
