MuseScore.com: We cannot cancel subscriptions for MuseScore.com. Please contact the MuseScore.com team directly. MuseScore Studio is not a paid product, and does not require a subscription.
You can cancel a subscription easily in MuseHub:
1. Navigate to the Library Tab
2. Click "Cancel Subscription".
3. Choose "Cancel Subscription"
3. You'll be asked to provide a reason, which is helpful for us to understand and provide better service in the future.
4. Click the "Cancel my subscription" button to confirm.
Subscriptions cannot be refunded, they can be cancelled instead
Cancelling a subscription means it will not renew for the next period. You can continue to use the product for the remainder of the current subscription period. After the subscription expires, you will lose access to the product.
If you cancel a subscription during the free trial period, you won't be charged.
A subscription cancellation cannot be undone. To re-subscribe, you must wait until your current subscription period ends and the subscription is fully cancelled before signing up again. You will not be eligible for a new free trial period.
