If you are seeing the message:
"Muse Hub is having trouble connecting.
Please check your internet connection and ensure any firewall
you have is set correctly."
This is likely due to our servers being overwhelmed with requests. Scaling Muse Hub, such that this issue doesn't happen anymore, is a priority of ours.
For now, you may have to "sit tight" and try checking again later. Restarting Muse Hub before you check again would be a good idea, see here for more details.
