Sometimes, you may need to reinstall MuseHub as part of a troubleshooting process.

macOS:

  1. Open MuseHub from the icon in your system bar.

  2. Go to the Settings page (the gear icon)

  3. Click "Uninstall" at the bottom of the settings page

  4. You should see a message telling you that MuseHub has been successfully uninstalled (the Hub will stop running and disappear after you click "ok")

  5. Download a new copy of the MuseHub from www.musehub.com

  6. Drag the application into your Applications folder

  7. Run the MuseHub application from your Applications folder (not from the DMG)

  8. Make sure you enter your computer password to allow macOS to run the Helper

Windows:

  1. Quit MuseHub by clicking the "Quit" button on the Settings page, or right clicking the MuseHub icon in your system tray and choosing "Quit".

  2. Uninstall MuseHub using the Windows "Add/Remove Programs" (Windows 10) or the "Apps & Features" page (Windows 11)

  3. Download a new copy of MuseHub for Windows from www.musehub.com
