If you are experiencing download issues on MAC please follow these instructions:

  1. Quit Muse Hub App

  2. Go to Finder

  3. Hold down option while selecting Go from the menu bar at the top of the screen

  4. Select Library

  5. In the window that appears, find the Application Support folder

  6. Inside that folder, find the Muse Hub folder

  7. Delete the Muse Hub folder (the Finder will ask you for permission, allow this)

  8. Empty the trash

  9. Relaunch Muse Hub

Everything should be working again. You'll need to sign in again if you had previously signed in.
