If you've found a bug, or would like to give feedback on products or MuseSounds packs you've downloaded or bought from MuseHub, you can do so directly from within MuseHub itself.
Find the product you wish to report an issue with in MuseHub (for example, go to the e.g Muse Strings product page within MuseHub).
Click "Contact Support"
Be sure to describe your issue clearly. The issue is sent directly to an issue tracker for the MuseSounds team, and they may follow up with you if more information is needed.
