MuseHub Install Issues After Bad Windows Patch KB5046613

Creating this for documentation so that others don't spend a couple hours troubleshooting svchost crashes trying to re-install MuseHub like I did.

There was a bad windows patch (KB5046613) that caused issues installing AppxPackage in windows. This put my Muse Hub installation into a funky state after an update where I couldn't even reinstall it.

Microsoft released a fix KB5046714 on Nov 21 2024. After installing that Microsoft Patch, rebooting, and then uninstalling Muse Hub via powershell with Get-AppxPackage -Name "Muse.MuseHub" | Remove-AppXPackage (I imagine uninstalling via apps and features would have worked too), I was able to reinstall Muse Hub.
