Muse Hub Will Not Open (Windows 10 21H2 64-bit)

I've tried everything to get Muse Hub up and running again, scoured the forums through countless threads and tried everything. Running Windows 10 21H2 64-bit. Here's what Event Viewer is saying when I try and open the app.

  Has Muse Hub previously worked for you, or did it break in a recent update?

  It used to work when it first came out, up until around 2 months ago. When I updated MuseScore Studio to the latest release, it deleted my Muse Sounds, so that was the last straw and I started trying to fix it. I'm at an impasse here.
