Can't Access What I Paid For.

I updated to MuseScore 4.4.2 yesterday... and now I cant use any of the Tapspace products I bought! In ALL my scores, everything has been converted back to MS Basic, and tapspace doesnt appear in my mixer anymore. Which also means all the staff text features I will have to replace if/when this gets fixed with my scores. I love the product, but it seems its only brought a lot of trouble! I just want to use what I paid for. I dont know if this is happening for anyone else, I just want a fix! (I have tried installing and uninstalling numerous times.)
