Unsupported Region

Hi,

Last night I bought the CineStrings library, and everything was fine, I am loving it, but now there's a message on the app saying "Unsupported Region" and it doesn't let me buy anything else.

I intend to buy the rest of the CineSamples Collection and beyond.

Hope you can help Me. 

I live in Bolivia, South America.
